Three Tips to Make Your Hair Healthy Again

How crazy our lifestyles can be πŸ€ͺ Abnormal! β€˜New Normal’! 🀯 It’s just not NORMAL πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Stress and anxiety play a huge role not only in our overall health but also in a health of our hair πŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ The importance of daily practice of relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or yoga is undeniable πŸ™ŒπŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ So here’s a little summary of 3 tips to healthy hair I thought of sharing with you during my weekend in the country:

1. πŸ‘‰ Less Stress = More Hair
There are approximately 100,000 hair follicles on the adult scalp. Each hair follicle is constantly cycling between growth and rest. When the hair follicle transitions to telogen, or the resting phase, the hair is shed. During an episode of telogen effluvium, a trigger causes a sudden, abnormal shift of hairs into the telogen phase all at once. One possible trigger for this sudden shift? Significant emotional stress.

3. πŸ‘‰ Let your hair air-dry
Allow your hair to dry by itself instead of using a blow-dryer. Using this artificial mode of drying technique will make your hair more brittle and dry. If you have no time to let your hair air dry, then use blow-dryer on warm settings instead of hot. Wash your hair and let them dry naturally while you’re enjoying a cup of coffee on a terrace or balcony β˜•οΈ Blissful start of the day!

3. πŸ‘‰ Good diet
Drink lots of water and eat a healthy diet of raw fruits and vegetables. The most effective home treatment for hair care is a healthy diet. You are what you eat, and what you put into your body will be reflected on the outside!

Sending love from the countryside ❀️ πŸ‘‰ … a little postcard! 🌳🐴
Namaste!
